About Excel to PDF
Excel to PDF turns a spreadsheet into a table that anyone can open, even without Excel. It reads XLSX, XLS and CSV files and prints each sheet as landscape A4 pages.
Good for sharing a price list, a report or a timetable with people who do not have Excel. It prints the data as a clean table. Charts, images and fancy cell styling are not carried over, so for those, use Excel's own Save as PDF.

Tips for better results
- This tool prints the data as a plain table. Charts, images and special cell styling are not carried over.
- For a formatted report with charts, use Save as PDF inside Excel itself.
- Pages are fitted to the page width and long tables continue on the next page. The table is saved as a picture, so its text cannot be selected.
